Back To USA 94 specializes in authentic vintage football jerseys, retro apparel, collectibles, and related merchandise.

  • Vintage Character: Please note that many of our items are original vintage pieces from past decades. Natural wear, minor bobbling, fading, or slight aging are characteristics of these items and are detailed in our product descriptions.
  • Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, measurements, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colors due to lighting or screen displays may occur.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock errors.
  • Pricing or description errors.
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
  • Violation of these Terms.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide where legally and logistically permitted.

  • Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
  • Liability: Back To USA 94 shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather conditions, or Force Majeure events.
  • Import Fees: International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective country's customs office.

8. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be in the exact same condition as received. For Deadstock or New With Tags (NWT) items, all original vintage tags must be completely intact and untampered with. Removing tags immediately voids return eligibility.
  • Exclusions: Customized or personalized jerseys (e.g., custom name/number printing), gift cards, and clearance or "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Process: Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results
